Owl Hill Farm is the last remnant of the original Snow Hill Farm in Park Hall, St Mary's County, MD. We focus on raising healthy, low-input meat goats and free range chicken eggs for our own table and yours. We're pretty proud of our gardens and we are looking forward to sharing home grown fruits in the future. All items are seasonal, so keep checking back regularly to see what's available.
The farm family and Kindred include some very talented people, and you will often find our handcrafted jewelry and leather goods, tanned goat and rabbit pelts, and even bits of metal crafted goodness on site or in our associated Etsy shop, The Spider's Mask. Appearances at local events will always be announced on the blog in advance.
To visit the farm, contact us via email to schedule a visit. We'll have regular hours during the main season, but winter is our behind-the-scenes time and we do not maintain regular visiting hours. These plants are some of the best air purifiers around. Bring a bit of green into your winter with a baby spider plant! $3 each or 2 for $5.
Go and peruse through the current collection of professionally hand crafted fine jewelry at The Spider's Mask on Etsy. You'll find hand woven copper, brass, and sterling silver with real lapis lazuli and amethyst touches. Take at look at the stone beaded items as well for a handsome necklace of jasper and pyrite, or items featuring amethyst, jasper, and aventurine. Add a few items to your hoard ;)
